Yes, legally we are restricted from transporting any hazardous or perishable items. Hazardous items are generally those considered explosive, flammable or corrosive. Choice Moving Company recommends homeowners pack and transport valuables, sentimental items, jewelry, medications and weapons/ammunition on their own.
Choice Moving Company reserves the right to refuse moving specific items that may present too great of an insurance risk for either our customers or the company itself (Items such as oversized gun safes, pianos, out-door play sets, or built-in furnishings).

Yes, all furniture and appliances get shrink wrapped and padded with quilted blankets. Additional protection for specific items (floors, banisters, door frames, etc.) may be provided at no added cost to our customers.

Yes, because the driver knows how the truck was packed and where things are.

A free in-home inspection will be conducted by one of our trained estimators who will generate and send an email describing the estimated hourly rate and number of expected hours or flat rate service.

The answer is both. The majority of our moving services are quoted in hourly rate with estimated total hours; however, we are able to negotiation flat rate services based on individual circumstance.

Yes, Choice Moving Company is fully licensed, insured, and bonded.

We accept a variety of payment methods for your convenience. You may pay in Cash, Check, or Credit/Debit card upon completion of service (Note: an additional 3% will be added for credit card processing).

Yes. Our trucks are 26ft long, adhere to strict maintenance requirements and are cleaned/sanitized after each move.

Choice Moving Company cannot accept responsibility for safely moving any living plants or pets/animals. You may prefer to transport plants and pets in your personal vehicle, or we can help suggest alternative ways to ship them to you.
